Beautiful 2-11 person Lakehouse on open water with 5-8 person sloop
A very spacious detached fully insulated vacation home in Kropswolde, Groningen province. A so-called Finnhouse, in one of the most beautiful places on bungalow park "De Leine" in Meerwijck on the Zuidlaardermeer. So a true Lakehouse! Just imagine; you wake up and before your cup of coffee you have already taken a nice swim, right from your own terrace and landing stage with swimming ladder.
The dock is 20 meters with room for several boats, and you can park four cars on private property in front. The house is CV heated by a HR combi boiler and a pellet stove in the living room. A stove in the garden room adds even more atmosphere to this already special vacation home.
A fully furnished Lakehouse in Beach style. Equipped with 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 1 bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. Almost 500 m2 of private land with a mooring to take a "standing mast" route to the Zuidlaardermeer. The beautiful nature-walking area Leinwijk is within walking distance. This vacation home is great for group rentals of up to 8 to 11 people.

First floor: hall with toilet, U-shaped living room with kitchen of over 35 m² with all amenities including an extra large stove with double oven and a wine cooler! A cozy pellet stove with thermostat and adjacent to the living room a sunny garden room/veranda also again with stove.
1st floor: spacious landing with built-in hobby closet, 4 spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. You will find a dishwasher, microwave, wine refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle.
From the living room is accessible the bedroom on the first floor equipped with a private bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin, floor heating and French door to the garden with Ibiza chairs. From the hall you reach the utility room equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and stairs to the floor.
Guests of this detached luxury Finnish log cabin of 2-11 pers can hike and fish in the area, or enjoy the garden, the water you can dive into from your own terrace and the beautiful surroundings.

Electric Sloop and Sups
Get in, start and enjoy the Zuidlaardermeer within two minutes. You can do that as often and as long as you want, because the sloop is waiting for you at the jetty of the house. Two electric batteries (which you can simply charge in the house) provide hours of pleasure on the water!
The large sloop can be booked with your reservation for €40 per night for the duration of your reservation (2 nights/€80, 5 nights/€200, etc.)
You can also book the SUPS (which can also be used as a kayak). For 2 SUPS we ask €80 for the duration of your stay and if you prefer to use three SUPS, the costs are €120 for the duration of your stay.
